If you’re into spiciness, add chili flakes, scotch bonnet pepper, or chili powder for a spicy flavor.
How To Make Chicken Stir Fry
For those busy weekdays, this will be your go-to recipe.
My hubby enjoyed this so much, and it only took me 5 minutes to prep the vegetables and 20 minutes to make.
I marinated the chicken overnight; however, two hours is great to get the flavors in.
Directions:
- Remove fat from chicken thighs, then wash with water, vinegar, and lime juice. Pat dry and set aside.
- Season chicken with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, browning sauce, all-purpose seasoning and salt. Allow to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large skillet and add marinated chicken to the pan. Stir to cook chicken for 5-10 minutes.
- Push the chicken to the side and add the remaining oil. Add onion, cabbage, carrots, and escallion to the pan. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Pour chicken marinade over the combined ingredients. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Serve with noodles or rice.
