Remove ham from packaging and set aside. Pat dry any excess water or liquid that may be on the ham.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, mix ingredients for dry rub.
Place ham in the baking tray. Using a pastry brush, brush the rub onto the ham. Ensure to get into the slices for maximum coating and flavoring.
Place in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 15-20 minutes per pound.
While ham is baking, you can make your glaze for the ham.
Bring to a boil in a saucepan pineapple juice, sugar, butter, lime juice, and signature ham glaze.
Stir until a syrupy consistency forms. Add pineapple slices and set aside.
Every 30 minutes, base your ham with the glaze you made.
Remove from oven once cooked and allow to cool.
Slice and serve as desired.
