Easy Mango Purée
This Mango purée recipe is the perfect sweet treat for everyone to enjoy. Using frozen sweet ripened mangoes blended to a creamy texture. Turn this into a great plain mango smoothie to keep you chill this summer.

- 6-8 ripe mangoes
- ½ of a lime skin removed
- 1 tbsp honey optional
Wash mangoes to remove any stains from the skin.
Cut mangoes and scope flesh out from each slice. Try to remove as much from around the seed as possible. Set aside.
Place mango flesh in a blender or food processor and lime in the blender. Blend or purée mango to a thick consistency.
Strain through a sieve or mesh cloth for a smoother texture. Sweeten with honey and place in the refrigerator to chill.
Enjoy as is, or use it in future recipes.
