Easy Egg Salad Recipe
This creamy and delicious Egg Salad recipe is the perfect lunch snack for any day of the week. Make an easy sandwich or enjoy it with a side of fries, like I do!

- 7 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp relish
- ½ cup onion diced
- 2 stalks escallion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
- Water
In a large pot, bring to a boil some water. Gently add eggs to boiling water. Ensure water covers the eggs and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool eggs in an ice bath. Remove eggs from the shell and set aside.
Chop up boiled eggs in a bowl. Add mustard, mayonnaise, all-purpose seasoning, relish, cayenne pepper, onion, salt, and garlic. Mix to combine ingredients.
Garnish with chopped escallion or parsley.
Serve.
Notes For Making Egg Salad
- Add chopped bell peppers, cucumbers, celery, or even bacon to get creative with your egg salad.
- Egg salads are usually a filling for sandwiches, but you can enjoy them as is or on a bed of lettuce.
- Best served chilled.
