These fluffy Banana Pancakes are perfect for any day of the week. Served best with a bowl of fresh fruits and syrup to the side, not even the kids can resist this one.

- 1 ripe banana (crushed)
- 1 cup your favorite pancake mix
- ¾ cup milk
Crush the banana in a bowl until soft with little to no lumps.
Add pancake mix and gradually add milk to the crushed banana.
Combine all the ingredients until smooth, then set aside.
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Coat with non-stick oil spray and pour circles of pancake batter into the pan.
After the bubbles begin at the top of the pancake, flip it to cook the other side.
Serve as desired.
Notes For Making Banana Pancakes
- Add vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, or nutmeg to your batter to spice things up.
- Using a whisk to incorporate the ingredients is better than a fork or spoon.
- You should always know when to flip your pancakes. The best time to do so is when the bubbles have formed and popped. Or the edges are slightly dry.
- Don’t over-stir the batter.
