I had to substitute a few ingredients, but nothing major…a fresh jalapeno instead of powdered and a generous tsp molasses instead of the browning sauce (plus I had to find a recipe for the all-purpose seasoning). However, this was only due to availability near me.
This stew had great flavours and I will definitely be making it again (hopefully using all the original ingredients).
